susurre is a small, private scent house. We collect only what we need, share nothing we don't have to, and let you leave whenever you wish.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your first name, if you choose to share it
When you visit susurre.com, we collect anonymous analytics — page views, country-level location, device type, and referrer. We do not use cookies for tracking, and we never tie this data to your identity.
How we use it
We use your email for one purpose: to tell you when susurre is ready. That means:
- One launch announcement when Chapter One arrives
- Occasional notes from the founder during the resolving process — never more than once a month
- Early access offers exclusive to waitlist members
That is the entirety of our use. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
Where it lives
Your email is stored with Beehiiv, our newsletter provider. Anonymous site analytics are processed by Vercel. Both providers are bound by their own privacy commitments — you can read them at beehiiv.com/privacy and vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We do not share your data with anyone outside of these technical providers.
Your rights
You can leave the waitlist at any time:
- Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send
- Request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] — we will remove your information within seven days
- Request a copy of the data we hold on you, also by emailing us
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA. We honor all such requests.
Children
susurre is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please write to us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If anything material changes, we will note the new date above and tell waitlist members directly. The current version always lives here.
